CNL e-Travel is a web-based travelling authorization system that automates and simplifies your working environment! It is a simple and yet convenient system that simplifies the process flows of creating, submitting and approving of travel request.

With e-Travel to handle all your employee’s travel request, this Employee Self-Service (ESS) module allows employee to submit requests via online (internet/intranet). A travel request e-mail will be sent to notify the approving officer who can then approve the request either via the email or through the website. Later on it will be routed to the designated personnel for any advance payment.

The system will also keep track of all employees' travelling records, estimated cost, and requested/approved advance amount. User is able to view their current travel request status, approved advance amount and notified by system the status.

e-Travel is paperless, fast and convenient by breaking all the traditional travel request submission’s boundaries. On the other hand, it reduces administrative cost, man power, time and increases department’s productivity.
